Yes, we have you covered. By signing up early allows for more time each month to make incremental payments. All payments need to be completed by October 1, 2021.

Got it under control, sister. Please include your restrictions on your sign-up form so we can accommodate all dietary needs.

Leave everything to us. Fly into San Jose, Costa Rica; Juan Santamaría International Airport. Our private driver, Gustavo, will pick you up outside the airport past the custom doors with a sign that reads “Encantada Ocean Cottages.” He will then transport you in his fully air-conditioned van to the peaceful tropical beaches at Encantada Ocean Cottages in Estrellios Este, Puntarenas.

Once you join this experience, you will receive emails from us providing you with a packing list and all other complete information to enjoy your journey with us—no need to worry, beautiful.


You need to arrive at San Jose International Airport/Juan Santamaria International Airport, Costa Rica by 1 pm on November 11 (start day of the retreat) for airport transfers and plan your departure for after 12 pm on November 16th.


Passport & Health Pass

Make sure you have a current passport with more than six months’ expiration dat.

Epidemiological HEALTH PASS form, available at This should be completed in the 48 hours before boarding for Costa Rica. It generates a QR code that you must show upon arrival; most airlines ask for it at check-in.

Traveler’s Medical Insurance

Purchase Traveler’s Medical Insurance: This can be either from an international company or purchased through the National Insurance Institue (INS) or Sagicor of Costa Rica, covering the duration of your stay in Costa Rica.

INS and Sagicor policies are pre-approved and guaranteed to be accepted by Costa Rican authorities. However, visitors can choose international policies that are often cheaper, such as Trawick International. Trawick International offers affordable policies for US citizens that meet Costa Rica’s requirements. However, Costa Rica will accept any insurance policy that meets the requirements listed below. 

Policy requirements

Tourist who purchase an international policy MUST bring a letter demonstrating:

Guaranteed coverage of medical expenses in the event of becoming ill with COVID-19 while in Costa Rica, for at least $50,000 USD.

A minimum coverage of $2,000 USD for lodging expenses issued as a result of the pandemic.

Validity of the policy throughout the planned stay in Costa Rica.
