Imagine waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore, the sun rising over the serene Sea of Cortez, and the freedom to explore the breathtaking beauty of Baja, Mexico 🇲🇽 

As I sit here reflecting on my 3 transformative winter months in Baja, Mexico, 🇲🇽 I can't help but feel deep gratitude for the experiences that shaped my journey. Living full-time #vanlife in Alani 🚐, opening the doors to the serene Sea of Cortez, witnessing whales breach along the Pacific coast, fishing the waters of La Ventana, and facilitating breathwork sessions on the beach were just a few of my unforgettable memories.

One of the most significant moments in Baja 🇲🇽 was giving my chocolate lab, Olivia Grace, the power to run and play again through her ACL/TPLO surgery. The surgery was significantly less expensive than in the States, and the vet care in La Paz, Mexico, was exceptional. Seeing my sweet beebe recover as a healthy six-year-old pup has been a true blessing for my heart.

The launch of Season 2 of my podcast, Raw & Radiant 🎙️, is out and it's about giving you permission to choose yourself first, to fill your cup with love, compassion, and grace before giving it to anyone else, and to live your fullest, most authentic life. My mission in this podcast is close to my heart as I continue to explore the depths of self-love and open my heart to receiving love from others, sharing the impactful and empowering stories of my guests, and witnessing our own ability to create a life that we are madly in love with.
