2024 wasn’t about following a script. It wasn’t about ticking boxes or sticking to societal norms.

From sun-drenched beaches to roaring ocean waves, fiery red rocks, and snow-covered peaks, this year was a breathtaking mix of adventure, soulful transformations, and challenges that shaped me in ways I never saw coming.

But here’s the thing: I didn’t do it alone. The connections, love, and support I found along the way made this journey unforgettable.

Let me take you behind the scenes of the moments, the growth, and the wild beauty that made 2024 extraordinary:

A Baja Beginning 

2024 didn’t start with resolutions or a checklist—it started with a radical choice to ditch society’s rulebook.

Under the golden sun of Baja, Mexico, Olivia and I stepped into a world far from the ordinary, where every moment begged us to live fully alive.

 • Guiding breathwork with my toes buried in warm, powdery sand, while the turquoise waves of the Bay of Conception whispered secrets of freedom.

 • Roaring across the desert on a motorcycle, the thrill of speed blending with the pure joy of unbridled exploration.

 • Wrestling Mahi Mahi from the ocean in a tiny rubber dinghy, laughing at the absurdity of it all.

 • Watching pods of dolphins and whales breach the ocean—wild, untamed, and unapologetically free.

And then, life threw us a curveball: Olivia’s second ACL surgery. But Baja revealed the magic of community. Strangers became family, and connection became our lifeline. It was a reminder that freedom isn’t just about the places we go—it’s about the people who meet us there.

The Magic of Santa Cruz 

After months of desert dust and Baja sun, Santa Cruz hit like a wave—a wild, roaring, untamed wave.

🌊 The Pacific here doesn’t whisper—it demands to be felt. Facilitating weekly breathwork classes in this energy was like tapping into the ocean’s power, channeling its raw transformation into every session.

🌲 And then there were the redwoods—towering legends that radiate quiet strength. Mountain biking beneath their shadows wasn’t just a ride; it was a rebellion against playing it safe.

Santa Cruz also forced me to navigate the messy, beautiful complexities of relationships. Vulnerability carved new paths as I confronted a life I thought I wanted, only to discover the freedom of uncharted roads.

Santa Cruz wasn’t just a stop. It was a full-body reminder that life is meant to be fully felt—even when it twists in ways you didn’t expect.

Sedona: A Celebration of Sisterhood and Alignment 

Sedona isn’t a place—it’s a force. It hums with energy that whispers, “You’re meant for more.” 

🌟 The red rocks felt alive, every step inviting me to ground deeply into the earth while expanding into something greater.

💫 Sisterhood was at the heart of my time in Sedona. My soul sister Ashley D'Adam and I spent hours unraveling life’s mysteries, dreaming boldly, and holding space for the kind of truths that only emerge when you feel completely safe to be seen.

💃 The week also held its own mysteries: an ecstatic dance party under the desert sky, magical crystal shops, and birthday celebrations that reminded me how much joy can be found in connection.

Sedona wasn’t just my birthday week—it was a dance between the seen and unseen, a place where energy aligned me with truths I didn’t know I was ready to face.

A Truth Worth Remembering 

Sedona reminded me of a truth we’ve all been told to ignore:

Life isn’t meant to fit into neat little boxes. It’s messy, electric, wild, and meant to be lived—fully and unapologetically. 

But what happens when you trade fiery red rocks for lush forests, roaring ocean waves, and snow-capped peaks?

What’s Next? 

The second half of 2024 pushed me even further—into the unexpected, the challenging, and the deeply transformative.

Nothing could have prepared me for the next chapters of this journey.
